Presentation

Standing up to speak can be nerve-wracking — whether it’s at a wedding, a fundraiser, a farewell, or in front of colleagues at work. You want to come across as confident and genuine, but nerves, pacing and pressure can easily get in the way. My job is to help you feel steady, connected, and fully yourself when all eyes are on you.

We’ll start by exploring what you want to say — and how you want people to feel when you say it. From there, we’ll work on presence, tone, and flow, as well as practical techniques for managing nerves and holding attention. You’ll learn how to use your body, breath and voice so that the message feels alive, not memorised.

If you already have a speech written, I can help you rehearse it and fine-tune your delivery — from where to pause for impact to how to handle a shaky voice or emotional moment. If you’re still shaping your content, we can build both writing and delivery together.

Whether you’re giving a wedding toast, presenting an idea at work, or hosting a special event, presentation coaching will help you feel prepared, grounded and genuinely at ease. It’s not about being perfect — it’s about being present.
